Dolphin Watch Cruise
The beautiful clean blue waters of Port Stephens are world famous for our Dolphins and Eco-friendly dolphin watch cruises. Come watch the dolphins, learn about them from the highly experienced Dolphin Watch Guides & enjoy a specially designed free boom net ride. The dolphins live in the bay & Nelson Bay Marina is dolphin central.

Both the Whale Watch & Dolphin Watch Cruises embark from the Nelson Bay Marina, which is an easy 5min walk from the Marina Resort Nelson Bay.

Sand Dune & Beach Adventure Tour
The Stockton Bight Sand Dunes is an amazing natural wonder. The Dunes cover an area of 2500 hectares & extends for 32km along the shore. The dunes climb up 35m high. You have the opportunity to experience the dunes in a 2hr beach dune 4wd tour. Go to "Tin City", a small makeshift fishing village that emerges from the dunes like a mirage. Learn about the local Aboriginal history, see WWII historical artifacts & discover the ship wreck. Plus beach activities including pipi catch and release, sandboarding down the enormous dunes. Explore the enormous sand dunes. In essence the Port Stephens 4WD Dunes Tour is a great fun ride and an ideal activity for groups. The Dunes 4wd Tours is only 15mins drive from Marina Resort Nelson Bay.

RAAF Fighter World
Fighter World is located at Williamtown RAAF base, the home of the FA18 Hornet Fighter. Learn about the history of Australia’s fighter. Come see historical fighter aircraft, their weapons & engines. Plus there is an observation deck to watch the currently operational FA18 takeoff & land. Or perhaps hop into a Jet Aircraft Cockpit. There are group tours of RAAF Base available as well. Williamtown RAAF base is 25mins drive away from Marina Resort Nelson Bay & is an excellent pit stop on an exciting tour of Port Stephens.
